John Evans Carson, born March 28, 1806

On May 23, 1839 in Kentucky John Evans Carson married Marcinda W. Fish, who was born August 14, 1813 in Lincoln Co., Kentucky and died August 12, 1853 in Mt. Vernon, Rockcastle County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of James Shelby Fish and Sarah Lake Roberts.

James Fish Carson was the second child and first son of John Evans Carson and Marcinda W. Fish.

James Fish Carson was born March 24, 1841 in Crab Orchard, Lincoln County, Kentucky. He married Eliza Ann Myers, the daughter of George S. Myers and Elizabeth Proctor (the widow of John B. Cook), in January 1865 in Crab Orchard, Lincoln County, Kentucky.
